I loved the So Juicy gloss in the squeeze tube, but the package always leaked under the cap. These look awesome, thank you for the swatches! I just tried the Polite Society plumping oil and it hurt SO BAD. I was trying to wait it out to see how long the burning lasted, but I couldn't stand it after 3 minutes and washed it off. It tasted awful too. I love minty plumpers (Buxom is my favorite), but the spicy ones no thanks!

My fave method for really pigmented products is get a bigger fluffier brush, grab a fair amount of product, then turn the brush handle down and tap the bottom against my hand. This makes the product settle into the brush hair instead of just staying on top. You don't get all of the pigment on your skin at the same time and it blends out better

I just got ysl vinyl cream 412 ND so far its soooo nice. Not drying as I was told. I'm upset I listened to this lady saying that they are drying so I put like 7 of them back. Only reason I have this one because it was given to me by my boss. Ugh well there's always tomorrow I mean I get them for $5 each so....

And Pisces is one of the most unique shades I have, I've never seen anything like it. The blush palette is also my all-time favorite, it's what I've been searching for for years. Do you know if your collection is limited edition? Will it be gone forever when it's sold out?

have to say the quality seems disappointing... the i need a nude und yucca had some different sparkly topper shades and i hoped she would continue with more complex shimmers. the packaging is amazing though. i kinda hope like with retro we will get 2 midis, the second with the greens and teals, fingers crossed. thanks for the video!

I think that you are the only person I have watched so far that didn’t LOVE this palette, and I’m so thankful for such an honest review. Truthfully I was never going to purchase it, but I still love watching reviews in case they change my mind, but I agree with what you said, there doesn’t appear to be any wow shimmers or glitters

Idk why she got rid of the teals?? It's what made the gold palette so unique and special. It looks like any other warm toned palette

If you have the old Gold palette, it would be so fun to see you find gold green duochromes or Greens in Natasha’s newer midis that we could use with this new golden palette if we miss them! Yucca would be so fun to see comparisons to! And Zendo has a greenish teal cream to powder maybe similar to Python from Gold? Not as dark…. Or the cream to powder greens from yucca or retro glam. Oh!!! Yama from zendo might be a good shadow to use if you want a gold green duochrome. Although maybe its base is too orange.

To each - its own. This is the one people can wear in the office during those long sunny very bright days that we are all about to face. For the crazy night looks, use any Adept.

I love comparison swatches so I would totally watch that video if you make it, but to be honest I'm not going to get this Golden palette. I have Biba which is going to last me a lifetime and I can't justify another warm neutral palette from ND while Biba is still good. Maybe after she expires and I run through my Artist Couture warm neutrals palette I would go back for this one for easy daily warm neutral looks. I do think this Golden palette is actually what I wanted when I got Biba, so I suspect it's going to sell really well. Maybe it's meant to be kind of boring with more day to day kind of shimmers. Seems kind of a shame for a 15 pan palette, especially after Yucca and I Need A Nude had such sparkly shimmers, but it's also hard to appreciate mainstream shimmers after getting spoiled by all these little indie companies who bring it. Overall it seems to me that Natasha denona is in a phase where they are splitting out her creative ideas into as many palletes as possible. Kind of like when they stretch a popular 3 book series into a 5 movie series to squeeze as much money as they can from it.

I LOVE that you did this video and that you’re interested in the history of Max Factor. I have his biography on my bookshelf and have visited his museum in Hollywood. While visiting London last year, a Max Factor spree was on my list of things to do. Unfortunately, the Max Factor section at Boots was rather paltry. I have some Panstiks also from Amazon, but was disappointed that none were carried at Boots. Was also hoping to find the cream puff makeup. Walked out with just one 2000 calorie mascara. Mine was rather wet btw. Max Factor’s last year in the US was during my first year in New York. The company seemed to be emulating MAC in many ways. Carmen Electra was the face of the brand. I loved the double ended mascaras where one would be a metallic highlight. I’d use that for metallic brows. The 80’s was my favorite decade of this brand. Jaclyn Smith was the face. Ahead of its time, one could create their own eyeshadow palette with seemingly a hundred single eyeshadow pans. Great lip and nail brand. And a good fragrance house.

If you still have Alter Ego's Goddess, I'd love to see comparisons. I wonder if the new Golden pallette's shades are more similar to that formula and intensity rather than the ND Gold pallette.

I actually swapped out the true gold shades from the Gold palette with shades from the ND cranberry palette. I can’t say I regret buying the OG gold palette though as I’ve been using it for several years despite never using the gold shades :) I agree that this newer palette is much less exciting, and I have zero interest in it.

I don't have the gold palette so I'm looking forward to at least having something from ND. I ordered it and thinking it will be good for day to day warm nude looks.

It looks like a boring addition to the already redundant bronze palette no thanks
